Go in the config file , in your mse 4.0.1.1. folder, and change this numbers
maxReceivedMessageSize=”20000000″
maxBufferPoolSize=”20000000″
with
maxReceivedMessageSize=”500000000″
maxBufferPoolSize=”500000000″
let me know if some change in 4.0
