We can consider to use a single button to turn on and off, but I can only append after all other scheduled updates.
We already talked about it, and though most of us agreed that it was moving the wheel was much more beneficial than press a key on the keyboard, as you can do it without moving your hands and it is not that hard to do.
In any case, you can give the option of choice, that is an improvement to the program.

not work for medkit
but what does not work?
You can put full screenshot of MSE … press alt + prnt scrn (stamp) to catch the screen just to the MSE window.If you use the buttons 1,2,3,4,5,6 Back to action is not triggered for medikit, grenades and knife.
….anyway contact support if “not work”.
