its says Hardware locked. But I dont change any, only Bios update. I has send a mail to support before 2 days, but dont get a response.

Its easy..

Logout from MSE Homepage.
Then press lost Password in the Login Screen.
Renew your Password and the start the MSE Client.

Es ist ziemlich leicht:

1. Aussloggen von der Homepage
2. Passwort vergessen (Lost Password) und neues Passwort anforden.
3. Passwort eintragen und Email bestätigen.
4. MSE Client starten Passwort eingeben .
5. Fertig
