@socola , so what i’m supposed to do ? , support asks me to write an email describing the problem ,and when I do that, you cannot help me . Can only Alex help me ? You have Discord, why isn’t anyone there? You admit that a month and a half of solving a case is a bit long. After all, if the loader starts and the information pops up: activation unavailable, it’s not my fault. Maybe the point is I have to buy the product again. Will this solve all the problems then?

Hallo Alex . Please help me with “loader” After when i put login and password i got message : Activation unavailable. I use version 4.0.1.1 . I buy product about 2 months ago . I will be grateful for your help . Im on Discord with the same nick 😉 Also i can give access by TeamView too my computer . let me know when you’re online , maybe on this weekend 😉 .

Hi!!
I just bought it for a week to check how it works. After entering email / username and password i got Server Message : ACTIVATION UNAVAILABLE . I have version 4.0.1.1 . Can any one from support helps me?
